In any case, there is no way to own every garage AND have 5 drivers per garage. Yup you will never have enough drivers to fill all the garages in the game. I own all the garages and only have 70 drivers running, don't need more really. They are all maxed out level 10 drivers and make more money than I can ever hope to spend.

I have been playing the game for a while but am just now starting to get into managing my own garages and drivers. Every time I check the applicants available to hire as drivers it's the exact same set of drivers. The interface says the drivers change every day, but no matter how many in-game days pass, it is always the same drivers every time
That said, the more drivers I put to work, the more money I make without effort on my part. That is, better to own three trucks with drivers plus me freelancing (I get a free truck) versus two trucks with drivers and me driving my own truck. In the first case, four drivers are driving (including me); in the second, only three.
