I will assume you have the external antenna connected. We have seen folks who did not know it was necessary. I am looking at an ASUS board since you did not specify and the Wi-Fi drivers available are not exactly up to date. I have no experience with AMD systems, but you might look into getting a later version like the current 22.140.0.x.

If you are not seeing wifi and/or bluetooth in your device manager, make sure it is enabled in your BIOS and then try shutting down and unplugging the computer for a while. Idk if you figured it out but I had to hook my old motherboard back up because my windows was attached to it, hookup a wifi adapter and instal the driver for it so that when I plugged in the new motherboard the hard drive recognized the wifi adapter and had the drivers already installed then got online and did the rest of the drivers very frustrating but that was the only way I could do it
