Got the same problem with my wife's 2008 2.0hdi Grand Picasso. All the fan controls work etc but won't blow. Rear seat fans work ok. No fuse for the front blower listed. I think the fan is under the dash above the pedals but will be having a look tomorrow to see if I can sort it.
